Erica Robinson

Erica Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Alliance Coordinator for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Erica then transitioned to Boston Scientific in 2010 and served as a Marketing Intern. In 2011, Erica joined Johnson & Johnson as an Associate Brand Manager, where they played a crucial role in re-launching a brand and developing a micro-segmentation platform. Erica later joined Central Garden & Pet as an Associate Brand Manager in 2012, before moving to Plum Baby in 2013 as an Associate Brand Manager. At Plum Baby, Erica successfully launched a social media campaign and led the development of new product lines. In 2015, they became a Marketing Manager at Plum Organics, where they drove a successful integrated multi-media campaign and optimized campaign content. Erica then moved to Smitten Ice Cream in 2018, first as a Marketing Manager and later as the Head of Marketing. During their time at Smitten Ice Cream, they launched a successful OOH and digital/social ad campaign and developed a CPG innovation strategy. Erica joined Blender Bombs in 2020 as a Senior Brand Strategist, where they played a key role in launching the brand in Whole Foods Market and securing additional retail accounts. In 2021, Erica joined Discover NIGHT as the Director of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing, and in 2022, they joined Pet Honesty as the Head of Web & DTC. Erica's work experience showcases their expertise in brand strategy, marketing, campaign management, and e-commerce.

Erica Robinson has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied in the School of Journalism & Mass Communication and the School of Arts & Sciences, with a focus on Political Science. Additionally, Erica has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wisconsin School of Business, with a specialization in the Center for Brand & Product Management.
