Ariel Giles

Ariel Giles is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in operations and training across various sectors. Currently serving as a Field Operations Manager at PetIQ since July 2021, Ariel focuses on training new Field Operations Managers and assisting with leadership hiring. Prior to this role, Ariel was a Practice Manager at Banfield Pet Hospital, overseeing hospitals and training new Practice Managers. Ariel also has a significant background in retail management, having worked as a Dual Store Manager and Regional Trainer at Paper Source, where responsibilities included team training, recruitment, and overall store performance. Beginning in retail with roles at Aeropostale and Bath & Body Works, Ariel cultivated a solid foundation in sales and customer service.
