Manon Devineaux has a diverse work experience. Manon is currently working as an R&D Manager at Petit Pot since July 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistante ingénieure en qualité et production at François Arlet Traiteur from June 2016 to August 2016. Manon also gained research experience during their internship at Teagasc from July 2015 to September 2015, where they worked on researching infant formulas. Manon began their career with a stage agricole at Ferme la Chataigneraie in July 2014.

Manon Devineaux pursued their education in the field of food science and product engineering. In 2013, they enrolled at the Ecole de PURPAN, where they studied for five years. During their time at PURPAN, they did not earn a specific degree or specialize in a particular field of study. However, in 2016, they attended the University of Florida for a short period and focused on food science. Later, in 2018, Manon joined AgroParisTech Mastère Spécialisé IPCI to enhance their expertise in creating and engineering food products.
