Maxime Pouvreau is the founder of Petit Pot, a company established in September 2014 that specializes in crafting delicious, single-serve desserts, including traditional gourmet French puddings made with organic dairy or plant-based ingredients. Prior to this venture, Maxime Pouvreau served as a pastry chef at COI restaurant from February 2009 to August 2010, demonstrating a strong background in the culinary arts.
