Elles Skony

Elles Skony is the founder of Organized Chaos Consulting, working with founders and startups to implement people and operational frameworks. Additionally, Elles is the founder of Fractional People People, a community for HR professionals in the consulting field. Elles also serves as an advisor for Retreat, a strategic start-up planning platform, and as an investor at The Josephine Collective. With a background in talent management, Elles has held various leadership roles in companies like Catch Co. and XSELL Technologies. Elles holds a degree in Psychology and Communications from Purdue University.
