Bret Ritter

Bret Ritter is a seasoned sales and product management professional with extensive experience in horticulture and coaching. Currently serving as a Sales Representative at Petitti Family of Farms since March 2018, Bret previously held the position of Product Manager at A.M. Leonard, where key achievements included launching 47 new products within the first three months and collaborating with the IS Department to enhance product catalog reporting. Bret also served as a Varsity Girls Soccer Coach at Piqua High School and as a JV Coach for Kettering Fairmont Girls Soccer, demonstrating a commitment to mentorship and leadership in athletics. Prior experience includes account management at Glenn Walters Nursery, where Bret successfully managed sales and product flow for The Home Depot, achieving a consistent annual growth rate and increasing market share.
