Tristesse Hawker

Tristesse Hawker is the current Product Development Manager at Petlab Co. Prior to this, they were the Group Development Manager at Addo Food Group from September 2020 to August 2021. There, they were responsible for New Product Development and Innovation of the Tesco account within Addo across a variety of chilled food categories. Tristesse has also worked as the Senior Innovation Manager at Kinnerton Confectionery Co Ltd from August 2015 to July 2017, where they developed show stopping products across many formats driving a culture of innovation and first to market concepts. In June 2015, they took on the role of Interim NPD Manager at Greencore before becoming the NPD Manager at 1851 Brands Hub (part of the William Jackson Food Group) in July 2017. Prior to that, they were the NPD Technologist at Abergavenny Fine Foods from August 2011 to June 2012. Her first role in New Product Development was as the New Product Development Manager, Grocery at Tesco PLC from June 2012 to May 2015. Throughout their various roles, Tristesse has gained considerable experience and expertise in product development and innovation, which has helped their become the successful manager they are today.

Tristesse Hawker's educational career began at Sheffield Hallam University, where they studied food marketing management. Tristesse then went on to study at Wyedean School and Sixth Form.

Their manager is James Fryer, Chief Commercial Officer. They are on a team with Owen O'Neill - Customer Service Agent, Kellen Cox - Director Of Customer Care. A direct report to Tristesse Hawker is and Molly Francis - Junior Product Developer.
