Jéssica Scarance

Jéssica Scarance has an extensive work experience in talent management and acquisition. Jéssica is currently working as the Head of Talent Management and Acquisition at Petlove&Co since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Nubank as a Talent Management and Engagement Senior Specialist from April 2021 to May 2022. Before Nubank, they worked at BRF, where they held various roles including Global Talent Management Coordinator from April 2018 to April 2021, HR Senior Analyst from July 2017 to March 2018, and HR Analyst from October 2016 to July 2017. Jéssica started their career at Page Personnel - Brasil as a Consultant and Headhunter from February 2014 to October 2016.

Jéssica Scarance obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they also studied Estudios Internacionales at Universidad de Santiago de Chile for a brief period.
