Jonathan Stuckey

Jonathan Stuckey has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Jonathan started their career as an IT Intern at Mennonite Mission Network, where they handled various tasks related to network and helpdesk support. Jonathan then worked as a Student Technology Assistant at Goshen College, providing user support for email clients and MS Office. Jonathan also managed a team for a system upgrade project. At Eastern Mennonite School, Jonathan served as a Volunteer Boys Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach.

In Rosetta Stone, Jonathan held multiple roles including Help Desk/NOC Technician, Help Desk Team Lead, and Desktop Support Manager. In these roles, they provided technical support to employees, managed a team of technicians, and oversaw access management and imaging solutions.

Later, Jonathan joined Pluto TV as a Technical Program Manager, responsible for managing technical projects. Currently, they are a Senior Technical Project Manager at PetMeds, where they oversee projects in a senior role.

Jonathan Stuckey completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Goshen College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundations certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2016. Jonathan further enhanced their skills by acquiring the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2019.
