Michael L. Casella has a diverse work experience. Michael L. is currently serving as the Secretary of the Loyola High School Father's Club Board of Directors. In addition, they are the Chief Operations Officer at Peter Taube, LLC, where they manage multiple business lines related to window covering services, interiors, home services, and home decor.

Previously, Casella held the position of Chief Operations Officer at PetMio, an online pet food company. Michael L. also founded and served as the Managing Director of Partnership Capital Ventures, an investment firm focusing on early-stage startups. As a Business Mentor at MuckerLab, a startup accelerator, Casella provided guidance to entrepreneurs.

Michael L. has also served in advisory and board roles, such as being a Member of the Board of Directors at Qoins and a member of the Board of Advisors at Waverly Labs.
