Ian J.

Ian J. has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Ian started their career as a Digital Content Coordinator at VitalSource, where they closely collaborated with designers and editors to ensure responsive and compatible digital content. Ian then transitioned to the role of a Customer Success Specialist, managing content escalation support and improving cross-departmental collaborations.

After VitalSource, Ian J. joined PetPartners, Inc. as a Web Developer, where they developed and implemented responsive web applications and optimized website performance. Ian later became a Senior UX Developer, leading the creation of user-centered digital experiences through research, design, and prototyping. Ian J. also introduced product management to the organization as a Product Owner, leading successful product launches and developing business-aligned strategies. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Management at PetPartners, Inc., leading the development and launch of industry-leading products, resulting in significant revenue growth and market expansion.

From 2010 to 2013, Ian J. attended Living Arts College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Audio Production and Design.
