The board of directors at Petra Diamonds has a long and varied history, with members coming from many different backgrounds and industries. Some of the board members have worked in human resources at Petra Diamonds, while others have interned in industrial psychology at the Cullinan Diamond Mine. The board members also have a wide range of educational backgrounds, with some holding degrees in industrial and organizational psychology from the North West University.
