Melanie Bell is an accomplished entrepreneur and marketing strategist with extensive experience in customer experience, leadership development, and digital marketing. As the founder of Leaders Who Fiction, Melanie created an online community to enhance leadership skills through fiction reading. In their role as co-founder of Strategic Piece, Melanie focuses on optimizing customer experiences for B2B companies using the HubSpot platform. Additionally, Melanie serves as a CX advisor for Bodhi®, a customer experience platform in the solar industry. Previously, Melanie founded Marketing Interface, leading marketing strategies for startups, and held roles such as Director of Marketing at SURGE Accelerator and various positions in affiliate marketing. Melanie holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Rice Business and a BA in International Development Studies from McGill University.
