Andrea Damiani Maia Andrade

Andrea Damiani Maia Andrade is an experienced executive and academic with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as logistics. Since December 2020, Andrea has held the position of Gerente Executiva responsible for M&A at Petrobras, following roles as Gerente Executiva de desenvolvimento de negócios de logística and Coordenadora in logistics and commercialization at the same company. Additionally, Andrea serves as a professor in postgraduate studies in economic administrative law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles such as Assessora da Presidência and Gerente Executiva in governance and compliance at Transpetro and managerial positions at Petrobras, including Gerente Jurídico and Advogada specializing in M&A. Andrea has also contributed to corporate governance as a member and president of various boards. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Law from USP, an MBA in Competition Law from FGV, and a governance certification from IBGC.
