Fred Harwood

Fred Harwood has extensive experience in safety, health, and environmental management, currently serving as the Safety, Health & Environmental Director at Petrochem Field Services since September 1995. In this role, Fred is responsible for updating and enforcing the Safety & Health Manual, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting site safety audits. Previously, as a Health And Safety Coordinator, Fred managed health and safety during turnaround projects, facilitating daily safety meetings and job analyses. Fred also worked as a Safety & Health and Project Management Consultant at Centro Internacional de La Papa from November 2011 to November 2014, where responsibilities included the development of safety processes and staff training. Academically, Fred holds a Master's degree in Environmental Toxicology from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Texas Christian University.
