Jason Dugas has held a variety of positions in their career. Jason began working in 2001 as a Power Electronics Engineer at NASA, where they were responsible for the planning, design, and testing of power electronics and other hardware designs. Jason then held a Project Manager role at NASA, where they managed technical projects and provided monthly budget, schedule, and performance briefings. In 2012, they became an Adjunct Faculty member at Northwestern State University, where they taught Introduction to Control Systems and developed course curriculum. In 2015, they began working as an Electrical Engineer at Morton Salt, where they developed control and sensing systems for bulk handling of mined salt. Finally, in 2017, they became the Director of Operations at PetroEd.
Jason Dugas obtained a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with Specialization in Power Systems from the University of Houston between 2007 and 2009. Jason also earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lamar University between 1998 and 2001.
