Shi Song Ngiam has had extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. They started their career as a Research Engineer at NDE Centre, UCL in 2002. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Consulting Engineer at Bureau Veritas.

Currently, Ngiam is the Head of Operations at Petrofac, responsible for leading the Operations department and delivering safe and reliable production operations for PM304 operating assets.
