Samuel Clarke has a strong background in advertising and strategic brand development. Samuel has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 2011 to the present, they served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Development at PETROL Advertising. In this role, they worked closely with C-suite and senior leadership, managed teams of directors and managers, and navigated multi-party partnerships. Samuel also drove partner strategy and assisted with investment allocation and concept development. Prior to this role, Samuel was the Director of Strategic Brand Development at PETROL Advertising from 2016 to 2022. Samuel oversaw campaign management and development across all media. Before that, they were an Account Director at PETROL Advertising from 2013 to 2016. In this role, they fostered business opportunities, guided account strategy, and negotiated statements of work and retainers. Early in their career, Samuel worked at Sanders\\Wingo Advertising Inc. Samuel held roles such as Account Supervisor, Account Manager, and Account Coordinator, where they managed broadcast production, developed project timelines, coordinated meetings, and supported account teams.

Samuel Clarke obtained a Bachelor's degree in Media Advertising with a minor in General Business Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso. Samuel completed their undergraduate education from 1999 to 2004, during which their primary field of study was advertising.
