Currently, Hayley serves as Co-Founder of Women Making Waves, a community aimed at enhancing women's rights through a token gated membership model, and Co-Founder of Waves Tech Ventures, a female-led organization utilizing Web 3 technology to support impactful organizations. Additionally, Hayley holds roles as Investment Committee Member at Salter Brothers, Director at KGE Mines Rescue, and Board Member at Project Maji, a non-profit focused on providing sustainable water solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa. Hayley's diverse portfolio also includes positions as Portfolio Director and Board Member at Tavistock Group, and Chief Executive Officer at Surge Global, a digital strategy consultancy.
