Mahmoud Hanoot

Mahmoud Hanoot is an experienced Instrumentation and Control Engineer currently working at Petroleum & Energy Logistics and Services Co. (PETROGISTIX) since March 2023, responsible for the maintenance of instrumentation and control devices across various units, including the FXZ zero flaring unit. Previously, Mahmoud served as an Instrumentation and Control Maintenance Engineer at GUPCO for 17 years, where supervision of technicians, installation, and maintenance of complex systems were key responsibilities. Mahmoud also held the role of Electrical and Instrumentation Manager at EGYPTO ENERGY Petroleum Projects Services from May 2022 to March 2023, focusing on tender scope analysis and engineering document preparation. Earlier in the career, Mahmoud worked as a Network Engineer at IT Sponsors in 2007. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Menoufia University, completed between 2001 and 2006.
