Timothy Haves is the President and Founder of Petroleum Realty Group®, a full-service brokerage specializing in commercial real estate in the petroleum industry. With over 20 years of industry experience, Timothy has worked as a Director/Vice President at Grubb & Ellis and as a First Vice President at CB Richard Ellis. He holds a degree in Real Estate from The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a degree in Urban Estate Management from Liverpool John Moores University. Timothy is known for his expertise in buying and selling gas stations, C-stores, and car washes for clients throughout California.
