Bill Smallwood

Bill Smallwood currently serves as Managing Partner at Petroleum Rx, LLC, providing enterprise software solutions tailored to the specialized needs of petroleum marketers. Since June 2023, Bill has been a member of the Board of Directors at Heartland Clinics of America, which aims to deliver mobile healthcare to rural regions in New Mexico. As a Co-Founder of LaminaWare since October 2023, Bill contributes to niche software development. Additionally, Bill has held the position of Managing Partner at Senita Solutions since June 2018, where the focus is on SaaS products for the petroleum sector. Bill also plays advisory and investment roles at CIRQ+, Sidekick360, Arizona Founders Fund, and Arizona Tech Investors, supporting various startups and initiatives within the technology and healthcare sectors. Bill served on the Board of Directors for Green Planet Group Inc until May 2024. Bill holds a degree from the University of Idaho.
