Andrew Wongso

Andrew Wongso has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew started their career at Petrolink in March 2021 as a Junior Realtime Support Engineer for the Chevron HD Project. In this role, they were responsible for setting up and configuring real-time data for drilling using Petrolink's software, as well as coordinating with rig engineers from the rig site owned by the clients. Andrew aggregated WITS data from Rig Instrumentation on the rig site and converted it into WITSML, and also aggregated drilling data from service companies in real time.

Later, Andrew Wongso was promoted to the position of Realtime Team Lead for the same project. As the Team Lead, they supervised a team of 4 Real Time Drilling Support Engineers and handled 14 rigs for Chevron HD Project. Andrew was responsible for distributing the workload among team members and directly communicating with the client to handle higher-level problem solving and provide solutions.

Prior to their employment at Petrolink, Andrew Wongso gained experience at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta. Andrew worked as a Laboratory Assistant in the Drilling Mud Analysis Laboratory, where they taught participants about the fundamentals of drilling mud properties and supervised their lab works. Andrew was also responsible for verifying their analysis and interpretation in obtaining data related to drilling mud properties.

Additionally, Andrew Wongso worked as a Laboratory Research Assistant at Pusat Studi/Kajian Geoteknologi Mineral UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, and served as the President of Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Mineral UPN "Veteran". Andrew was also a member of the Board of Advocacy of Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Mineral UPN.

In 2019, Andrew Wongso had an internship as a Production Engineering Intern at PT Pertamina EP Asset 3 Subang Field. Andrew collaborated in a team and successfully completed all internship tasks given by mentors and field mentors, receiving a good score in all aspects. Their responsibilities included analyzing and evaluating gas production in gathering station SP Cicauh and gaining field exposure in the Subang Field.

Andrew Wongso completed their Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta. Andrew attended the university from 2016 to 2020.
