Ivanie Nakita Siregar

Ivanie Nakita Siregar's work experience begins in 2012 at PT.Pratama Abadi Industri, where they served as a Labor Practice Chief until September 2016. From October 2016 to January 2018, Ivanie worked at ISMAYA GROUP as an Industrial Relation Supervisor. Ivanie Nakita then joined British School Jakarta (formerly British International School) in January 2018, where they held the position of Senior HR Officer - Expatriates until May 2019. From May 2019 to August 2021, Ivanie worked as an Industrial Relation Officer at PT Petrosea Tbk. Currently, they are working at Petrolink as an HR & Legal Coordinator, overseeing various HR operations and legal review and improvement for the company.

Ivanie Nakita Siregar attended Universitas Esa Unggul from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a specialization in Law. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Certified Human Capital Supervisor from BNSP Republik Indonesia in September 2021.
