Asrif Yusoff

Asrif Yusoff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and strategic management, currently serving as the Head of the Leadership Academy and Principal Specialist at PETRONAS Leadership Centre since February 2007. With a strong background in people strategy, Asrif has led workforce planning, talent development, and joint venture management, driving commercial excellence across multiple sectors. Additionally, Asrif contributes to academia as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Taylor's University and an Adjunct Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge and an ongoing Doctorate in Business Administration from Durham University.
