Mnoor Azri Karim

MNoor Azri Karim is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in various roles within prominent companies. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at PETRONAS since April 2021, MNoor previously held the position of HR Business Partner at McDermott International, where responsibilities included managing Shared Service HR operations and supporting strategic management. Prior experience includes roles in talent acquisition at McDermott and Sapura Energy Berhad, where MNoor managed the full recruitment cycle and partnered with hiring managers to implement effective hiring strategies. MNoor began the career at PETRONAS, gaining experience in industrial relations and capability management. MNoor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak and a Diploma in Business Management from Politeknik Mukah Sarawak.
