Thavaneswaran Karuppaiah

Thavaneswaran Karuppaiah has extensive experience in IT and service management, currently serving as Head of Service Management at PETRONAS since May 2023 and as Founder of MindCheck Psychology Centre since October 2022. Previously, Thavaneswaran led SAP operations at FrieslandCampina as SAP Foundation Lead, managing SAP migration and S/4 HANA transformation, and held various leadership roles in SAP system management at PETRONAS ICT Sdn Bhd, Hilti Group, Shell, and DHL IT Services. Thavaneswaran's educational background includes an MSc in Business Strategy, Leadership and Change from Heriot-Watt University Malaysia, along with multiple degrees from the University of Oxford and other institutions in Information Technology, Clinical Hypnosis, and NLP.
