Zinzile Ntoyiwa -

Zinzile Ntoyiwa holds an MBA from GIBS Business School and possesses extensive experience in marketing and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Marketing Excellence Manager at PETRONAS since October 2021, Zinzile previously held the position of Marketing and Customer Experience Manager at Engen from April 2014 to February 2022, where the team was recognized as Team of the Year in 2014. Earlier roles include Business Manager at African Response, where Zinzile was named Employee of the Year in 2013, and various positions in research and account management at Ipsos, TNS, and Quest Research Services. Zinzile also served as Marketing Supervisor at Costco Wholesale UK from September 2002 to August 2006. Academic qualifications include a BA Honours in Marketing and Mass Communication from London Metropolitan University and an Advanced Certificate in Management from Rhodes University.
