Ravindra Desai

Ravindra Desai is an experienced professional in the LNG and energy sector, currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Petronet LNG Limited since January 2023, where responsibilities include optimizing supply and capacity utilization at the Dahej and Kochi terminals. Prior to this role, Ravindra spent nearly two decades with Reliance Industries Limited, culminating in the position of Senior Trader LNG (Assistant Vice President), overseeing structured LNG strip deals and spot purchases. Ravindra's diverse career also includes significant experience in refinery planning, contract management, and operations across various roles, including Manager of Refinery Planning and Depot Manager, alongside earlier positions in engineering and maritime operations. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Oil and Gas from UPES and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Sardar Patel University, complemented by ongoing leadership training at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
