Aldi Rakhmatillah

Indonesian citizen, 39 years old, was appointed as Director during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 2 September 2022.

Currently, he also serves as Director of PT Caraka Reksa Optima (2022 until now), Legal Director of PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals (2020 until now), Director of PT Indotan Halmahera Bangkit (2019 until now), Head of Legal (Director) at Pelabuhan Umum PT Bandar Bakau Jaya (2018 until now), General Counsel of Indotan Group (2017 until now), Director of PT Satrindo Mitra Utama (2016 until now) and General Counsel (Director) of Sahabat Group of Companies (2017 until now).

Previously, he served as Senior Associate at TNB & Partners in association with Norton Rose Fulbright Australia (January 2016-December 2016), Senior Associate at Susandarini & Partners in association with Norton Rose Fulbright Australia (2011-2016), Associate at Makarim & Taira S. (2007-2011), Associate at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners (2006-2007) and ANTV Reporter (2005-2006).

He earned his Bachelor of Law (Cum Laude) and was one of the best graduates from Padjajaran University in 2004. He holds an advocate license from the Indonesian Bar Associated of the Republic of Indonesia since 2008 and passed the Capital Market Consultant Bar. He is the founder and vice chairman of the Indonesian Smelter and Mineral Processing Association (ISPA) since 2015.
