Andhika Pratama, S.T. currently serves as the SHE Workstream Leader at Petrosea since October 2022, where responsibilities include participating in daily staging meetings to address safety issues in the mining operation area. Prior to this role, Andhika worked as an HSE Foreman at PT Mandiri Herindo Adiperkasa from April 2021 to October 2022, tasked with providing safety training materials to all employees. From December 2017 to August 2020, Andhika held the position of HSE System & People Development Officer at Madhani Talatah Nusantara, overseeing the implementation of safety systems at the Head Office and ensuring their application at various sites. Andhika holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the University of Brawijaya, completed in 2016.
