Girish Puranik

Girish Puranik is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades in various roles. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Petrotec since January 2022, Girish's responsibilities include managing daily financial functions and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Prior to this, Girish held multiple positions such as Finance Manager and Financial Controller with the New Port Project Steering Committee, where responsibilities included policy development and financial reporting. Previous experience as Financial Controller at Mowasalat involved budget planning and financial forecasting, while earlier roles included Head of Internal Audit at Awal Plastic LLC and Senior Auditor at Gnanobha and Bhat, specializing in various auditing functions. Girish holds a finance degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a BBM from Mangalore University.
