Beth McGrath

Beth McGrath currently serves as the People Services Onboarding Lead at Pets at Home Group Plc, where responsibilities include overseeing three teams that manage pre-employment onboarding and transactional HR across various business areas. Previous roles at Pets at Home also include Onboarding Lead for Retail & Support Office, People Services Team Leader, People Services Coordinator, and People Assistant. Prior to this, Beth worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Chroma Recruitment and Insight IT & Engineering Recruitment, and held roles such as Office Administration Manager at Pink Finance Ltd and Copyright and Synchronisation Assistant at Touch Tones Music Limited. Additionally, Beth contributed as an Assistant at the Country Music Association during a festival held at The O2 Arena and gained early experience as a Sales Advisor at River Island. Educational qualifications include a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management from the Chartered Management Institute and an MSc in International Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, along with a BA (Hons) in Music Business, Branding and Public Relations from Buckinghamshire New University.
