Lucy Dinsdale

Lucy Dinsdale currently serves as the Head of IT Internal Controls at Pets at Home, a position held since March 2020, and previously held the role of Governance Risk & Compliance Manager. Prior to this, Lucy worked at United Utilities from August 2012 to February 2020, where roles included Digital Product Delivery Lead and Digital Services Assurance & Risk Manager. Additional experience includes working as Project Manager at NSG Pilkington, New Project Development Manager at Lendlease, Senior Project Manager at Capita Symonds, and Project Manager at Turner & Townsend. Lucy began career as Assistant Project Manager at Lancaster University. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Management Studies with a focus on Project Management from the University of Hull and an APMP certification from the Association of Project Management.
