Brent Schippers

Brent Schippers is an experienced finance and strategy professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance & Strategy at PetSmart, where leadership of a 37-person FP&A department focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Prior experience includes Vice President roles at Build-A-Bear Workshop and Payless ShoeSource, overseeing merchandise planning, allocation, and financial analysis. Brent’s career began at Payless ShoeSource as a Senior Financial Analyst and later a Manager at Collective Brands, Inc., with a strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis. Brent holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Fort Hays State University.
