Jeff Burleson

Jeff Burleson serves as the Manager of In-Store Experience, Events and Pet Adoptions at PetSmart since August 2007, where responsibilities include creating and overseeing customer experience strategies, leading the CX Governance Committee, and enhancing in-store adoption programs across PetSmart in the U.S. and Canada. Prior roles at PetSmart include In-Store Experience Manager, Adoptions Program Manager, and Store Operations Process Manager, where Jeff has significantly contributed to improving pet adoption rates and enhancing the overall pet care experience in over 1,650 locations. In addition to a professional background in retail and operations, Jeff is a committee member of the PetSmart Associate Assistance Foundation and has prior experience as General Manager at Nestlé Purina North America. Educational credentials include a certificate in Commercial Property Management and an associate degree in Animal Nutrition.
