Justin Riley

Justin Riley's work experience begins in 1995 when they co-founded and operated Rack Attack Products Ltd., a business that experienced a 700% increase in sales over a short period of time. Justin then worked as a Regional Sales representative for CTP - Custom Truck Products from 1997 to 1999. From 1999 to 2002, Justin served as the Business Development Director for Securitnet Storage Solutions. In 2002, they joined West Marine as the Director of West Marine Canada and San Juan PNW, leading multiple regions and achieving consistent sales growth. In 2011, Justin founded Rack N' Hitch Products Ltd, where they partnered with an Australian manufacturer to open two locations. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the District Manager for Money Mart Financial Services, driving positive sales growth and reduced turnover rates. In 2016, Justin became an Instructor for Trillium College and developed a digital marketing program. Most recently, they worked as a Sales Team Lead for PetSmart, leading a customer service team that achieved significant revenue growth.
