Cristina Cinalli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and business strategy. Currently serving as Senior Business Advisor to the CEO at PETTENON COSMETICS since June 2023, Cristina specializes in customer operations, business strategy, process improvement, and project management. Previously, as Country Head of Customer Care at De'Longhi Group, Cristina implemented initiatives to enhance customer experience across a network of over 300 stores, developed new sales strategies, and integrated process improvements.
