Steve has held various managerial roles in companies such as Petuna Aquaculture, George Weston Foods, GrainCorp, Frucor Suntory, Fonterra, and Hadco Poultry. Steve's responsibilities have included overseeing manufacturing sites, supply chain management, operational excellence, and safety initiatives. Steve holds a Diploma in Business from Monash University and an Associate Diploma in Applied Chemistry from the South Australian Institute of Technology.
