Ann Hinton

Ann Hinton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ann is currently working as a Hospital Director at PetVet Care Centers since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Director at PAD Specialists from April 2022 to November 2022, where they provided guidance and support to team members in areas such as management development and conflict resolution, and oversaw recruitment and performance management initiatives. Before that, they served as a Departmental Lead at IDEA Public Schools from April 2020 to March 2022, where they were involved in data preparation and collaboration to ensure compliance with laws and recruitment efforts. Ann also has experience as a People and Culture Manager at SciGirls Nonprofit from August 2016 to May 2020, where they recruited and managed staff and volunteers, focused on employee satisfaction and conflict resolution, and designed educational activities. Ann started their career as a Kennel Tech Manager at BEEVET Animal Hospital, where they interviewed clients and conducted hiring processes, managed supplies and schedules, and supervised a team of kennel tech employees and volunteers from an unspecified period in 2014 to 2016.
