Leah Pelz

Leah Pelz has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Leah most recently worked as the VP of Human Resources at PetVet Care Centers since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Phillips 66 for 12 years, where they served as the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager, overseeing global HR strategy and execution. Leah also led key business initiatives as the Business Transformation HR & Project Lead and managed talent management implementations. Before joining Phillips 66, Leah held HR positions at Merck, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., and Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. Leah has a proven track record of driving alignment between business needs and organizational strategy and managing teams to support company activities.

Leah Pelz holds a BS degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University. Leah also has a certification in Saville Assessment Accreditation from WTW, which is used in the UK for workplace performance assessment and prediction.
