Lee Allen

Lee Allen has extensive experience in various roles in the fields of commercial real estate, management consulting, and project management. Lee is currently the Head of Commercial Real Estate at PetVet Care Centers, where they manage a large portfolio of retail locations. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Marsh Advisors, LLC. In their previous role at CBRE, they held positions such as Managing Director of Sales and Director of Global Transitions. Before that, they served as an Advisory Manager at Deloitte, where they specialized in M&A and organizational strategy. Lee also has experience as the Managing Partner at Allen & Associates, a management consulting firm, and as the Managing Director at Township Development, a land development firm. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at WPC, Inc., where they focused on environmental and natural resource projects.

Lee Allen obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of South Carolina in the period of 1995-2000. From 2014 to 2015, they pursued Organizational Leadership/Executive Education CED at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Lee Allen also completed Master of Divinity (MDiv) coursework at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary from 2010 to 2012. Lastly, they studied Land-use law at the University of Charleston law school from 2002 to 2004.
