Vice President, Learning And Development at PetVet Care Centers

Tricia Small has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1994, they worked as the Director of Social Services at Bridgeport Health Care Center until 1996. From 1997 to 1998, they were a Relocation Counselor at Coldwell Banker. Following that, Tricia worked at Cendant Mobility from 1998 to 2000, where they held the roles of Trainer and Client Services Manager. Tricia then joined Cartus in 2000, initially serving as the Director of Six Sigma and Business Process until 2006. From 2006 to 2012, they served as the Director of Learning and Development, and subsequently held the position of Vice President of Global Learning and Development until 2021. Currently, they work at PetVet Care Centers as the Vice President of Learning and Development.

Tricia Small has an extensive education history. Tricia earned their M.B.A. in Human Resources from Fairfield University, which they attended from 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained an M.A. in Psychology from Fairfield University, attending from 1988 to 1990. Tricia also holds an M.A. in Mathematics from Providence College, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. In addition to their degrees, Tricia has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Becoming a Thought Leader" and "Stay Competitive Using Design Thinking" in 2019, as well as several certifications related to Agile project management and design thinking in 2018.
