Marcus Barbosa

Marcus Barbosa is currently the Head of Business Operations for Seres Saúde at Petz, responsible for the ideation, development, and implementation of a comprehensive pet health plan. Prior to this role, Marcus served as Head of Product & Customer Experience at Lifepet, overseeing technology and customer experience initiatives. As a co-founder of uDNA Company, Marcus managed user experience, product, and operations, successfully building applications utilizing AWS services and various programming technologies. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Wine.com.br and LiftBank, where Marcus modernized customer service operations and established customer experience departments. Marcus's career in customer experience began at Lifepet and PicPay, and Marcus co-founded two language schools in Brazil. Marcus holds an MBA from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from PUC Minas.
