Claire Blanchard is currently the Lead of Global Advocacy and Political Strategy at The Pew Charitable Trusts, working with the Blue Nature Alliance. Previously, Claire held the position of Head of Advocacy & Policy for the Global Theme on Health and Nutrition at Save the Children International. Claire has also managed the SUN Civil Society Network and held roles in various global health organizations focused on advocacy, policy, and capacity building. Claire holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Glasgow, along with a PhD in Virology and a BSc Hons in Microbiology and Immunology. Claire is dedicated to advancing global health and nutrition initiatives and advocating for the protection of nature for the benefit of humanity and the planet.
