Michelle Washington

Michelle is a Senior Associate at The Pew Charitable Trusts, where Michelle is responsible for defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes to ensure stakeholder agreement. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Helpdesk Analyst Tier 2 at both the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Michelle also has experience as a Help Desk Tier 1/2 at the Defense Manpower Data Center, where Michelle analyzed, diagnosed, and troubleshooted hardware and software issues. Michelle holds degrees in Cybersecurity and Information Systems, as well as Computer Science with a focus on Network and System Administration.
