Nicole Trentacoste is currently serving as the Senior Director of Evaluation, Research, and Learning at The Pew Charitable Trusts. In their role, Nicole leads and manages the evaluation and learning unit, ensuring successful design and completion of evaluations to inform decision making and improve program performance. Prior to joining Pew, Nicole worked as a Senior Officer in Planning & Evaluation at the John Templeton Foundation, where Nicole helped build and expand the evaluation and planning function. With a background in behavioral science research, Nicole has also held positions at the University of Pennsylvania, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Emory University. Nicole holds a Master of Public Health in Behavioral Science from Emory University and a BA in English and Anthropology from SUNY Geneseo.
