Samantha Jean

Samantha Jean is a legal intern at Kansas State University’s Office of General Counsel since May 2024 and also serves as a summer legal intern with Corporate Counsel Women of Color Entrepreneurs. In addition, Samantha holds a position as a research fellow at The Pew Charitable Trusts from March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Interim Academic Program Coordinator at Dell Medical School, internships in urban policy at the Institute for Urban Policy Research & Analysis, and administrative assistance at Columbia University. Samantha's educational background includes pursuing a Doctor of Law at Indiana University Maurer School of Law (2022-2025) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Columbia University (2017-2020), alongside an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from Borough of Manhattan Community College (2015-2017).
