Zach Reichenberger

Head of Customer Success at PEX Card

Zach Reichenberger has held various roles in the customer service and client success fields since 2008. In 2008, they began as a Supervisor and Customer Service at Kroger. In 2011, they held the role of Payroll and Human Resources Representative at Benedictine College. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Target in roles ranging from Executive Team Leader - Logistics to Executive Store Intern. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at DSI ® as a Project Analyst. Finally, from 2016 to 2022, they worked at SMG - Service Management Group, in roles ranging from Senior Director of Client Success to Account Analyst. Zach currently holds the role of Head of Customer Success at PEX.

Zach Reichenberger holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Arts from Benedictine College, where they majored in Business Management and minored in Finance. Zach also holds a Forrester Customer Experience Pro certification, which they obtained in November 2019.
