Mike Hatfield

Mike Hatfield has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mike is currently the Vice President of Engineering (UK) at Pexip since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Pexip from June 2020 to April 2023. Before joining Pexip, Mike worked at Alfresco from 2011 to 2020, where they held various positions including Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer and Scrum Master, and Lead iOS Developer. Mike also worked at WIN as a Team Leader - Content Management Platform from 2005 to 2007. Mike's earlier experiences include roles as a Software Developer at Signals Ltd and a Team Leader/Project Manager at Ridgeway Systems and Software and Softwright. Mike began their career at Satchwell Control Systems as a Software & Hardware Engineer.

Mike Hatfield earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath between 1989 and 1993. Mike then went on to complete a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same institution from 1993 to 1994.
